So apparently blogging IS dangerous to yourself.
I finally decide to get back into the groove and grab my laptop, place it in the sofa to start it up and immediately the entire left side of my back spasms up.
After an ‘SOS’ text to the Luv Luv and a painful move to the bed and lots of painful movements to get an ice oak under me etc. I can move my neck, legs and lower arms without screaming in pain.
However I just sneezed and that was not fun.
Anyhow. The point is I have no clue why I have done to myself but it hurts. And typing above my face on my iPhone while lying prone is not only making my arms hurt, but my head a s well from me frequently dropping the phone while I type.
My blogging come back may have to wait. In the meanwhile, send sympathy, love, macarons and something to occupy my time that does by require me to budge (books?)….much…. And I will try to heal as fast as possible and get right back to the spurt of blogging-friendly energy that attempted to show up this morning.
